Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions and all other expressed terms of the contract shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England.

Payment Terms
Credit terms, are displayed on all quotations, order confirmations and invoices from ACIT Solutions and are at ACIT Solutions’ discretion at all times and are subject to satisfactory credit reference checking.

ACIT Solutions exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

ACIT Solutions reserves the right to cancel scheduled training and consultancy services if payment terms are not observed.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Our services are flexible and tailored around the client’s requirements. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the expected works will be completed within the time booked. Any additional time spent on site will be charged at our discretion at a rate of £85 +VAT per hour.

Our Sage Product Specialists’ time is highly sought after and therefore, by booking a half or full day of expected works will be completed within the time booked. Any additional time spent on site will be charged at our discretion at a rate of £85 +VAT per hour.

Cancellations and Re-scheduling of Services 

Our Sage Product Specialists’ time is highly sought after and therefore, by booking a half or full day of installation/configuration/training/implementation, you agree to pay the full cost even in the event that your required works do not entirely fill the time allotted.

Any cancellations/amendments made within 1 working week of a booking will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations/amendments made within 2 working days will still be charged the full cost for scheduled time.

Support 
There is dedicated email address help@acitsolutions.com which is monitored during normal working hours for IT support queries.
There are always engineers in the office to support you in working hours, however, the ones who are here change daily. If you call/text/WhatsApp a mobile, or send an email to a personal email, we are unable to log this as a support call until that engineer is back in the office, which may be a matter of days.

Liability
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by ACIT Solutions’ negligence, or as expressly provided in these Conditions, ACIT Solutions shall not be liable to the client by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of ACIT Solutions, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any training or consultancy, the entire liability of ACIT Solutions under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the amount of ACIT Solutions’ charges for the provision of the services except as expressly provided in these conditions.

Severability
If a provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms & Conditions.
