Like many businesses, the idea for ACIT was born in a pub! When Greg Hall was asked, by a partner of the Chartered Accountants he had cut his accounting teeth at, to train all his new staff in Sage the quick pint after raised the statement, “I am surprised you are not doing this for a living, loads of businesses are looking for good Sage training!”
An unbelievable achievement rewarded with trips to Paris, Barcelona, Athens and Abu Dhabi with the senior management of Sage and their other halves! Since winning these awards the ACIT Team has grown and today Greg Hall ensures all his staff work with the same customer satisfaction culture that has served his customers well for nearly twenty years.
ACIT Solutions has been recognised in very fine style for their exceptional levels of customer service by Sage, winning their prestigious Circle of Excellence four of the seven years that it ran for.
ACIT Initially was formed to fulfil the gap in the market for Sage implementation services, something that Accountants believed they could offer, albeit they had little knowledge of the commercial side of the software. Greg had experienced when implementing Sage Line 50 into a kitchen manufacturing and sales company since leaving Accountancy practice as their financial controller, plus a lot more experience of maintaining day to day accounting business requirements. ACIT’s experience of implementing Sage software solutions exceeds over 1,000 businesses, these businesses are from a varied spectrum of industries, but ensures that they offer the best advice to their clients.
Honesty is something that ACIT pride themselves on, the solutions they offer their clients are based on their exact needs, not what they think they can sell them. Unfortunately in the IT industry many competitors sell on fear and overselling is common. ACIT have grown through referrals and recommendations, firmly believing that if you do a good job for all your customers, they will recommend you and your services.
