Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions and all other expressed terms of the contract shall be constructed and governed in accordance with the laws of England.

 

Payment Terms
Credit terms are displayed on all quotations, order confirmations and invoices from ACIT Solutions and are at ACIT Solutions’ discretion at all times, as well as being subject to satisfactory credit reference checks.

ACIT Solutions reserves the right to cancel scheduled training and consultancy services if payment terms are not observed.

ACIT Solutions exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

 

Cancellations and Re-scheduling of Services
Any requests for cancellation, re-scheduling, or transfer of training and consultancy services with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost plus VAT.

 

Retention of Title of Goods
Title of all goods is retained by the ACIT Solutions Ltd until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to seize goods supplied if payment is not received within the credit terms offered.


Liability

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by ACIT Solutions’ negligence, or as expressly provided in these Conditions, ACIT Solutions shall not be liable to the client by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of ACIT Solutions, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any training or consultancy, the entire liability of ACIT Solutions under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the amount of ACIT Solutions’ charges for the provision of the services except as expressly provided in these conditions.

 

Severability
If a provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforce ability of any other provision of these Terms & Conditions.
